The Annual Council Meeting will take place on Wednesday 15th April 2026 at Voco Spa Hotel Winchester S021 1HZ at 7.30pm.

With the retirement of our current secretary, we are looking for a new county secretary, nominations forms have been sent to your club secretary or available from the county secretary. If anyone wants details of the role please contact our current secretary.
Nominations for this position together with 3 committee members close on 27th March.
A gentle reminder to club secretary’s nominations for the Napier and Alderman trophies close on Friday 6th March.
Trophies will be presented at the ACM and although the meeting will be available on line we warmly welcome all clubs to send representatives in person to the meeting.
