Our volunteers
Hampshire Counties is organised and run entirely by volunteers. Our volunteers do all sorts of things including officiating, booking pools, marshalling swimmers, calculating qualifying times, processing entries, operating the video, updating the website…. We couldn’t run counties without our volunteers and would like to express our thanks to everybody who helped.
If you’d be interesting in helping with next year’s competition please get in touch (email addresses are below).
Counties 2025
One of our long-term dedicated volunteers will be stepping back from their role after counties 2024. Consequently, we are looking for volunteers to help next year.
In particular we would be interested in anybody who would be willing to oversee the video equipment and anybody who would be wiling to organise spectators. If we cannot fill these roles then we may not be able to accept spectators or offer video for the 2025 championship.
We would also be interested in hearing from anybody who would be willing to project manage counties 2025.
