Volunteering 2026
Hampshire ASA is a non-profit organisation whose sole purpose is to support swimming in the County. Everyone is a volunteer – expenses are reimbursed for parking and lunch is provided😊
We all started as swimming parents – its really not that scary! Follow this link

Poolside Passes
The passes are £12 per weekend, £28 for the entire competition (3 weekends) or £5 for a single session. Each pass is personalised and can only carry one name. Passes must be returned at the end of the session they are valid; failure to return may result in a fine.

Charging
Why is there a fine for swimmers who missed the start of their race? Where we have empty lanes this is not fair on swimmers in adjacent lanes as they do not have swimmers to compete against. Where a swimmer does not report for the start of their race (and haven’t withdrawn) then we may charge a fine to avoid empty lanes. The fine may also be levied for any reserves for finals who do not report to the marshals (unless they withdraw). We will waive the fine where there is sufficient reason for not reporting.
